I think it's him. He's a magnet for that sort of thing. And most of the time he isn't doing anything to bring it on himself. Like today. He was working on his car in the parking lot. He wasn't bothering anyone. He was just minding his own business.

No it isn't. I'll be the first to say that sometimes he gets himself into stupid situations, but other times it seriously is just like he got the end of the stick
