what sucks is..if I wanna take off the scope and mount I have to buy a new receiver cover guess Ill live with the scope for now...will need a cheek riser for sure! but its also a see through mount so I can use my irons as well.

Yep..its a Russian.
strange thing is I cant find any refurb marks anywhere on it...all the numbers match but the stock doesnt have the XXXX over old numbers to indicate the stock was a new addition when it was refurbished so Im assuming the stock is original to the rifle which I hear is rare..apparently it is a last year production as it has the small tula star on the side of the receiver..but since the original receiver cover is missing I cant tell what year it is for sure
