We dont really have meat for breakfast.
We have bread, pains aux chocolat, croissants, cereals and stuff like that, but no meat really.

Yeah, usually convention & trade show food is horrible.

I'm well aware.. I have done gun shows for better than 5 years..

keep the chocolate though... I have just been eating protein bars for breakfast, staying away from a lot of heavy foods... unlike this morning we had biscuits and gravy and I didn't make them

they put my daughter on some new meds for her B/P.. she says it is finally making her feel better.. she started calling me again so I know she feels better

Pains au chocolat are so good.
Especially when they are still warm fresh from the bakery with the melted chocolate inside.

she was calling me everyday.. then every other day.. then once a week... then I had to call her.

The low B/P gives her anxiety issues, makes her feel really poor. Today she sounded so happy. Such a huge difference.
