Back from shopping. Kohl's has gone to crap. About the only "men's" clothes they have are sweats, sweatshirts and jeans. Found a couple of styles of dress pants, but they were "skinny jean" style, so obviously they're catering to the under 18 crowd now. Managed to find one sweater, but I'll have to dig through my closet to find a pair of pants. I was so stressed out by the time I got out of Kohl's I wasn't about to go to another department store.

I just wanted a sweater and a pair of dress casual pants for the viewing tomorrow. I'll wear my suit on Saturday. Kohl's used to have a nice men's department. No more. And the store in general looked like Big Lots... just crap thrown everywhere randomly.

CKW shops the local Koles but does more on line with them as the selections are better.
A lot of big box stores are doing this now or so it seems.

Yeah, my preference is online for sure, but I needed something for tomorrow. Since I've been working from home, all my business casual clothes seem to have shrunk. Weird, huh?

Boys are in their room indefinitely. I was going to go take a nap, and walked by the bathroom to find them with the sink drain closed, water running and overflowing all over the counter and floor. Sent them to their room and told them I was going to take my nap and I didn't want to hear a peep out of them.

Not even two minutes later I hear this thumping sound coming from their room (right next to ours), so I get up and found that they had stripped all the bedding off their beds and were both jumping up and down on one of them.

They're antique twin beds and they've already knocked the slats out doing that before and know better. I'd just as soon leave them in there until tomorrow, but I guess we'll have to feed them at some point.

Awhile back I heard you say the father was talking about moving to California. The idea of him taking the boys at that time may become more acceptable to both of you.

It seems like you have a long road ahead. And it also seems they have been let run a bit Ferral in their original family structure. Like I said, I have been there but not with twins.

They were absolutely allowed to run wild from the time they went out to Cali with their mom and her drug dealing convict of a boyfriend. The 2 year old she had with him is still out there (and we're not taking him - he's with his other grandmother).

Awhile back I heard you say the father was talking about moving to California. The idea of him taking the boys at that time may become more acceptable to both of you.

I've hinted at that, but Susan's not having it as of now. My thought is that she could go visit, or fly them out here to visit. In other words, we could be grandparents not parents.
