Ha, I hear ya. I’ve been like that probably the last 4-5 years. Finally decorated and put up a tree this year.

Went through that the first three or four years when the kids were all gone. We still did put up a 4' tree, but nothing else. Now, I'm decorating the porch and a tree again and setting up the house. Glad I've finally gotten back into the swing of the holidays.

Now for the gauntlet...son's 30th b-day Wednesday, my (mumble)th birthday Thursday, Christmas Eve then Christmas day. Makes for a tiring, expensive week...
