I was going to get hoagie rolls like usual, but saw this Naan bread and wanted to try it. It's roasted garlic flavored, so it sounded good to me too!

The flatbread was a nice change of pace. I added some worcestershire (or as a buddy used to call it, "What's this here sauce, sire?" ) while I was sauteeing the beef, onions and mushrooms, then added a little A-1 when I put it on the bread. Used swiss cheese, but I'm not sure if that was the best choice. Pepper jack, or cheddar would have been good too.

I got the two clumps of phlox planted that I dug up at mom's yesterday but the hail started hitting me so I came in. I think that has passed now so I might be able to plant some irises.

Hubby texted the visitors...they might be here tomorrow. I just switched out the bedding for something from the linen closet to save on laundry time. The sheets were washed not that long ago and there was a comforter over them so the cats never slept on them...should be good enough. I was thinking about having a roast ready for hubby to put in the oven mid day, but decided to wait to do that on Tuesday in case they don't get here tomorrow. We'll do something with ground beef tomorrow or go out and grab something.
