Well, dinner was oven baked pork chops, steammed cauliflower with a cheeder cheese sause, and steamed asparagus.

The kitchen staff has taken to baking the veggies in the oven with a blend of cheeses and spices on them. Pretty tasty.

Title company called me back this morning. They contacted the auditor's office and found that some information was MIA. Got the info where it needed to go, auditor issued a new, lower tax bill.
