Morning all
My knees hurt from doing the floor. I started out using knee pads, but they kept sliding down so I took them off.

The pads are nice if they stay in place.
My left heel has been bothering me terribly if I am on my feet all day. Which I usually am.

I have thought about buying one of them for years just to try out, but just never did. Sort of like the Norinco 1911s. I always wanted to buy one of them. When they were cheap and plentiful, you just assume they will always be around. Then they aren't and you can't get over that you have to pay more for them suddenly.
