Thanks mom. I'm hoping these are something he will hold onto and cherish when I'm long and dead...

Hey Frosty, here's a couple pics of one of the best adventures my son and I had in the woodshop. We bought all the round pieces and dowel rods at the store but we made the rest by hand from a picture we found on line. This was from several years ago when my son was small but he still has it on the shelf in his room. We used cheap materials so it doesn't have the cool contrast your bulldozer has be we were pleased with how it turned out.

Does this mean your son helped you with the bulldozer project? That always makes it a lot more memorable. If he's not old enough yet, I'm sure you'll include him in the future. Years ago, my son and I build a wooden representation of an Apache helicopter. It turned out really awesome but the best part was the time we spent on it together.
No supr, he's only 10 months but it's fun having him around laughing and making noise, helps me stay focused and keeps me smiling! I've got fond memories spending hours with dad in the woodshop, he taught me a lot, and we generally had a good time up there!

my boy turns 1 next month, when I clean my rifles he sits at the table and watches closely. I think he's got the bug already!

I get it. You already have a sandbox too and the bulldozer already has several hours on it. It's OK, I understand because I've been there. :):
