My G-parents lived on Maren when I grew up, which Mildred turns into off of 30th, just East of Georgetown. It's one of my mom's rental houses which my Brother lives at currently.

Her A/C is the one I was rewiring and her neighbor sat on the corner of it and light a cig, smoked the whole thing, looked over and nearly jumped through his truck in the drive! I've never seen a grown man shriek so much like a girl before.

lol, I am very familiar with the area. I think I know which houses you are talking about even. My brother and I stopped a few years back to look at a car or truck for sale there, can't even remember what it was.
