WE were stuck in Bright house hell until AT&T put this are in the loop. I will go back to an antenna and dial up modem before Bright house ever sends a signal into my house again.

I've had nothing but awesome experiences with Brighthouse. They've been awesome to us thus far.

Wow that sucks. We had horrible issues with both Embarq/Century Link when we lived down in Franklin and with Comcast but Brighthouse has been amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I guess where you're at makes a difference

we have had great with BH too, until now. They can't get the wi-fi signal right, even hard lined our cable is not "lightning speed" like they say it is supposed to be. they push buttons on the other end and say all is good. have never once sent a tech out here

RnR...I am sure the lines on the poles have a lot to do with it as does the power they are using in a given area.

That was another issue with BH. We would loose service at least 4 times a year and fuzzy service other times. Some "Haji" in a rain forest somewhere would do some voodoo over the phone and say all is well. All was not well.

You may be right. I don't know a lot about it. I just know that my internet and cable work and whenever I call them the techs are awesome

My modem reboots itself every night at least once. It's getting replaced in a few hours though. This is a new issue that we have never had before
