MM, is there slop between your upper and lower?No, nothing noticeable. Where you loading mags with open or closed bolt?Both. How is the paddle tension on your bolt release? Plenty of spring in your mag release?Both seem fine.

DO you have a carbine length buffer in it or one for a 20 in barrel??
It was lots of fun for the girls, everyone left with the same number of eyes, hands and legs that they arrived with, so it was a success.

My only thought is that the bolt is cycling too fast and not catching the round when it comes back. Would that make sense?
Buffer tube spring or buffer is my guess.
