I'm going to go with my sausage strip, ham, egg and cheese bagel sammich. I've only got two of the Maple French Toast bagels left. Aldi switched to Pumpkin Spice and some Cranberry bagels now (seasonal). Both sound good, but not for breakfast sammiches.

I used to like a good bagel, usually preferred a garlic one, but the days of lowering my carbs came along, so I get one little slice of toast.

I make a pretty good bagel, but it takes so much time I don't do it very often. They have to proof in the fridge so it is a weekend project. One day to mix up the dough and then proof and then another day when you boil and bake. I usually make a big batch and freeze them so we can just pop them right into the toaster when we want one. The Panera bread ones freeze well too. We get them sliced on Bagel day and freeze and then just go right from the freezer to the toaster.

I never have much luck sharing videos so I'm going to try this. I caught a couple of the youngsters playing on camera in the back yard the other day. Here is the link in case the embedded format doesn't work.
