Always get extra horseradish when I go to Arbys. Doesnt really help on the beef&cheddar but its a definite plus for most of their sammys.

You know the only way to make it feel better is to keep it elevated, about head high, middle finger pointed straight up with the rest of your finger curled shut, and drive around town for an hour or so. After a few minutes, you wont even notice the pain in your finger
