Oh. Are you saying Glock isn't a solid platform? That's what I heard.
Nah, seriously, he said if you have the problem, just use a stiffer recoil spring. Didn't he say a 4 lb stiffer spring in his Glock made a 50fps difference?
I think for most people it won't matter. When you're talking in the range of 1250 to 1350 fps, unless you shoot the same loads a lot, most people probably won't notice the issue as far as perception. Maybe for hunting purposes people might care more. I don't know.
I can tell when I’m running remington ammo. I tend to smile more. It’s hotter than some but still not fully loaded. What adds to the fun is that the sound is bigger (not necessarily louder) and lots of muzzle flash. Big muzzle flash. It nearly always causes someone at the range to come over and ask what the hell I’m shooting. Well that part is a little annoying but the big sound and big flash makes me smile every time. I dunno. I guess I’m not growed up yet.Hey, I had to get my jabs in.
Like a dem we never pass up a great opportunity...
You are right most folks would never even notice. I can tell when switching to even a slightly higher power level in my 10's especially the Bobbed commander.
Th 6" is not quit as sensitive.

I would prefer to buy the cheapest 10mm ammo just for reloading the brass before I would switch to 40.With a Glock 20 and 29 you can always buy a 40 S&W conversion barrel. That’s what I did since most 10mm Ammo is dumbed down anyways.
For the the real thing, Underwood.

That’s a good idea as well. I don’t reload so it’s more justifiable. I do however save my brass for my buddy that does reload.
If/when Glock ever makes a Gen5 in 10mm I will probably get one.
10mm brass is much sought after.
This is me, usually with a metal detector. I sometimes find myself focused more on where the brass lands than on where the bullet hits. This is true. For me at least. I know that when I shoot 10mm, I spend more time seeking the cases than I do shooting the gun. I've wasted 10 minutes poking in the weeds for that last couple of cases that I just know are there somewhere. Never did that with 9mm or .40.

All of this 10mm talk got under my skin. Enough so that I picked up a Gen 4 G20 this afternoon to balance the 10mm side of the house. I still have a bunch of 10mm Underwood stuff that I don't like shooting through the DE that much and this will give me a reason to use it now.
My G20 is getting the frame redone by 5B Gunworx. I’ll post pictures when it comes home.
