At first that's what I thought too. Then I really started to think about it, and I still don't know. But even one is one too many. One human being alive on this planet thinking this is real indicates a massive failure on the part of public education, reason, common sense, and human achievement. 4in10 sounds good. There is a certain demographic that is 'attached' to their device and face$uck. They are consumed by the swirl of the social media toilet. Twitter is like having the craps in the toilet and facebook postings are the turds swirling the toilet.
