"Are we comfortable giving a defense to somebody whose behaviour is threatening or abusive which is intentionally stirring up hatred against, for example, Muslims? Are we saying that that is justified because that is in the home?” Justice Secretary Humza Yousaf said, according to The Times.

Recently, Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law conducted a town hall meeting online, during which professors who attended acknowledged themselves as racists and promised to “do better.”
“I am a racist and a gatekeeper of white supremacy,” one professor announced in the town hall’s chat. “I will work to be better.”
“I’m a racist,” said another while introducing herself as if she were at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. “I will try to do better.”
While the “admissions” were clearly for the benefit of woke scolds, such an admission of racism, if true, would be a violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which states that “[n]o person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
Now, four members of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission have sent a letter to Education Secretary Betsy DeVos asking her to investigate the law school.
