When Comey said no one would try such a case, I suppose one could have interpreted that as saying, "we don't have any honest prosecutors who would turn on one of their own."

Or, no prosecutor is going to go against the expressed wishes of their boss, the AG.

There will be a dozen books written about the past year inside the FBI.
The real wikileaker is probably an FBI executive or agent.
