Sure there is. False equivalence is a regular ploy of those with an agenda to push and a trap for those unwilling to tell good from bad or bad from worse as the case may be.

Case in point: Bush had the Democrats and media trying to tear him down for 8 years and in the end they had to resort to demonstrably false reports as the best line of attack. Conversely, Obama and Hillary have been involved in a long series of scandals and corruption (Fast and Furious, Solyndra, Iran Nuclear deal, Ben Ghazi, Hillary's homebrew server, the Clinton Family Foundation, etc.) for which not even the media could fully hide from the light of day. Yet, people often try to draw a false equivalence between Bush and Obama or Hillary. Bush made plenty of mistakes/decisions to complain about but to equate those mistakes to the deliberate circumvention of the law and corruption as Obama and Hillary have done is lazy thought at best or purposeful intellectual dishonesty at worst.

This isn't about Bush, it's about both parties egregious behaviours over the course of many decades. If you think that these abuses do not apply to the reigns of republicans and democrats equally then you're part of the problem. Both parties are corrupt and have done more than their fair share to meet the train of abuses. Was Bush just as guilty as his predecessor? Absolutely. And the guy that came before him was equally as bad. They are all abusive where we are concerned.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

The FBI director admits she had tons of classified emails, he admits she broke the rules, then makes up some crap on intent(which isnt in any of those rules) and she walks free. Yes gov't is corrupt, its been that way for a long long long time sure, but this is an huge public middle finger to the people. At this point i think the election will end in hilary winning by a small margin because of fraud. I think if it were true, trump would win hands down, by a ridiculous margin. Our gov't is so corrupt and evil, and now they are just out in the open about it. what can we do(without saying things to get banned from ingo)?

Boy they had one slick operation wrapping this one up like it was all planned.

Lynch all of a sudden announces that she'll accept the recommendations from the FBI and career prosecutors then Comey follows up with his schtick and Lynch closes the book with the announcement of no criminal charges then runs out the back door and jumps into the waiting getaway car.
