Barry will probably say nothing should be classified. We should share everything with everyone.

Not really a fair statement. In Snowden's case, what is Obama going to do, invade Russia? Hillary, on the other hand, is readily available and in a position to do far more damage than Snowden.
FBI seeking indictment of Hillary in email scandal, Tom DeLay claims | New York Post
They're not saying there will be an indictment. They're saying if there isn't there's going to be revolt from the FBI.
The original story came from newsmax.com so I'm as of yet taking it with a bit of salt.
Well, they may as well start planning their next career for after the revolt. An indictment just isn't gonna happen.

This article does a pretty nice job of laying out why Hillary should soon be in a whole mess of trouble.
I take Delay as a pretty straight shooter. Don't think he'd spread stuff like this unless there is a goo chance of it happening. I for one have my fingers crossed.
Well, he does know a thing or three about indictments.
Even some liberals questioned the DeLay prosecution. As University of California law professor Rick Hasen wrote in Slate last year when a lower court reversed DeLay’s conviction: Some liberals are no doubt disappointed to hear that a Texas appellate court today, on a 2-1 vote, reversed the conviction of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay. They shouldn’t be. There were good reasons to think that DeLay’s prosecution in Texas for violations of state campaign finance law, like the federal prosecutions of former presidential candidate John Edwards and former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman, involved politically motivated charges brought by overzealous prosecutors. Today’s ruling is a window into the world of corporate access to elected officials, for sure. But it confirms that the big problem is not what’s illegal, but what’s legal.
