probably the same reason this story isnt plastered all over the place and reporters hounding her for answers. They dont want their darling to get hurt. If a Bush had said one thing in one private email that had the slightest hint of possibly being close to being improper, it would have been all over the place.

I'm not sure if you guys realize this but the media doesn't really like the Clinton. They're kinda mean to the press. Listen to POTUS press pool on the XM POTUS channel sometime. They often speak of the Clintons with contempt. That said, if it came right down to whether they'd support a Democrat over a Republican, they'll swallow their loathing and pull that lever.

The bottom line is this: No one will likely ever know what was deleted from Clinton's server.

Well for every e-mail Hillary sent there is a recipient on the other end. So while she may have deleted her copies I doubt that even with her evil super powers she can delete the copies from every recipients Inbox. Eventually one of the bones will fall out of the skeleton closet.

You or I look sideways at them, and we get thrown in jail. They do something heinous and if anyone takes notice, they get a slap on the wrist at best.

So, why the call for a criminal investigation? And who is really calling for it? I think I agree with Tom Knapp. This is Obama helping his buddy Biden tee up for a run. There's no love lost between Obama and the Clinton's and this seems likely to be an Obama request.
