Let's walk through what it would take to get TS onto an UNCLASS system.

TS/SCI information resides in a SCIF, basically a room that is a safe inside a faraday cage. The computers that have this information are generally shut down in the ability to copy any information onto anything. No thumb drives, no CDs. You can't just walk into a SCIF, you certainly can't copy anything and leave with it...you can't e-mail anyone on a lowly SECRET level system. There is no way to transfer that information to UNCLASS period.

Someone had to walk into that SCIF, with collusion or contrivance copy that information onto a device and carry it out of the room. Then transfer the information onto an unclassified system and send it to points unknown...or everywhere as it's unclassified and everyone saw it.

This...is...treason...

Everyone involved should hang. Literally, not figuratively.

It's tough getting the appropriate encryption devices to lay comfy under your pillow...then there's the whole bother of updating the keys before you go to bed every night. It's just not worth the bother...besides, in my experience no one understands a word your saying anyway.

As to it being in your head...that's why at that level you are 'read into' a program. They have a list of the people that have been told...if the information happens to go walk about they will come and 'have a conversation' with you. They come and 'have a conversation' with you every few years anyway...look at your financials...talk to your neighbors...

The big issue with what was living on Hitlery's server is that it was photographs...that's not something that could have just been retyped without the appropriate header displayed.
