I could imagine that even if she said "lock the door" it doesn't mean she was feeling physically threatened.

In fact the meeting was so inappropriate from a legal standpoint, that if she had the slightest bit of professionalism she would have just had someone tell him that "it's not acceptable for the two of us to speak privately".
