No kidding. I used to drive the 405 daily.

When I drove into LA for the first time, I was cautious about things and was in the right lane at the speed limit. Everyone passing me like I was going backwards. Then I saw a county deputy zip by me doing at least 20 over while eating a sandwich, so I joined the flow.
