Well, she's probably not going to be good at hiding behind trees.

I was an E6, she was 98#.
I am quite a bit heavier now, she is a bit heavier. Married 42 years now. That's what I get for shopping at Church.

She never really wad a dependent though, because I started terminal leave the day we got married.

Dude, the biggest naval gun we had, was 16 inch dia.
Ain't no Dependa fitting in that.

The hatches on my sub had a 29 inch dia.
And one of the cooks had a wife that would actually SEAL the access with her rather rotund flesh.
When she finally got the fat squished through the hatch, the pressure that had been building up (because the hatch is the exit for the ventilation while on surface) would blow out so hard, that everybody's ears would pop.


And yes, you learn the dia of the hatches, when you want to figure out what you can and can't bring aboard.
Including machinery that needs to be replaced.
