Probably not a law that says you can't make the "bunch of pistols and shotguns", sell them at the buyup, and give the money to those who need it. (You can't buy something back if you never owned it in the first place.)

Also... IIRC, the law says that you can make as many firearms as you want for your own use, but can't sell or gift them w/o a license. I wonder if they'd try to say you were manufacturing w/o a license if you did this, though... manufacturing with intent to sell, albeit to a gov't entity.

There are enough rectal orifices out there that I would not put it past them to do exactly that.

the reason I said it is illegal is that I live in a free country not the CCCP (soviet socialist republic or chicago) so I'd have to transport them to a foreign realm.

Or, I wonder what they would say if you built the guns in whatever CCCP you planned to sell them in? No crossing of state line that way.
