This is in San Antonio. I recognize that exit. I am pretty sure I saw these guys blocking a surface street intersection a few years ago because their car was on fire. The reason their car was on fire was because they had strapped three mattresses to it. Two were tied on top. One was tied...underneath. Under the car, between the front and rear axles. I guess they learned something and decided to use a truck for mattresses after that. Next step: tie downs!
