I found something smaller than that planted in my yard when I moved in. It was spring, so I let it slide for a couple of weeks. The next week, I ran out of patience. I yelled at it, intimidated it, threatened it with the lawn mower. I tell you what, I'd never seen such big leaves sprout out in one week. It's a nice pin oak now.

What you see in that picture is obviously an unloaded poo stick.
