It's no big trick. Look at the eyes of the "ladies" on this page and they follow you as well. Just a common optical illusion.

Instructions for use. Run blade across all offensive areas. Repeat until smooth. If after 3 attempts product fails to correct problem then it may be used along the wrists of the user. Sit it warm bath, apply liberally to both wrists and wait 10 minutes. After 10-15 minutes you should no longer be able to view the offensive image.

To see the illusion, watch the position of the gun in relation to the guys nose. It doesn't really move.
