I rather doubt that image was actually created by a 6 year old child named "Chuckie Bloomer". Sounds rather like a portmanteau of Chuck Schumer and Michael Bloomberg.

If problems with our Government could be pointed out and fixed that easy, we
wouldn't have a bloated inefficient non-functioning irresponsible government.

But then again, it's the English language, guess that means our Government is
never going to be fixed.
