Two things:

2. Today, I still think that the worst NFL team would clean the clock of any USFL team...

...I still think this would be fun. I mean, it would take a wholesale restructuring of all NFL contracts and wreaks havoc with TV schedules and the cities who have financed stadiums and thus, will never happen, but it's interesting to think about.

It might play a part in my knowing early on that I could never forever be an employee. I am best in a mostly no contact with people situation. Employees yes. Some one giving me orders no. And socially a very small circle.

I was digging into some Motor Carrier reports a few years back. As far as "Accidents per mile driven", Swift was #3 on the list. (#1 has the lowest per mile, #20 had the highest per mile.)
They have a huge amount of trucks and drive a lot of miles per year. As a former Swift driver, I was astonished at that number.
