Saw first hand years ago something similar. Worked at Hyster fabrication plant near the loading dock and there was a safety lapse by fork lift driver. They were supposed to wait till the trailer wheels were chocked before entering. Just before lunch truck came in and fork lift driver pulls on and the semi driver pulls forward. front wheels on lift truck stayed on truck bed rear wheels pulled off dock and lift truck was suspended by front wheels and back of overhead guard. No one was hurt and I was impressed by the strength of the overhead guard. Jim.
