Along with being a trigger snob I guess I have also become an ammo snob.
Curious what ammo meets a snob's expectations?

In the last year or so I have only bought Blazer Brass. It isn't overly expensive and I have had excellent results. I tend to find a brand I like and stick with it.Curious what ammo meets a snob's expectations?
I'm about 1 box away from finishing the 1000 rds of 124 gr Freedom reman, ZERO failures.I'm still a little skittish about it. Refer to post #3996 .

I've had good luck with WWB in 9mm and .40 but not in .45. I have heard that Speer Lawman is the way to go in .45 and will probably load up on that when I finally get another 97.I agree that BB is good stuff. Speer Lawman is of the same quality as well I've found. The Perfecta ammo seems to be good as well, from what I understand it's Fiocchi off brand or something. I'm a bit of a snob myself, but as long as I find something runs fine in my guns, I'll shoot it. I stay away from WWB and steel cased ammo though...
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.I've had really good luck using RWS Geco .45 ammo. My understanding is that it's swiss made and all of my .45's seemed to like it real well. Good price on it also, at least from TargetSportsUSA where I tend to buy my ammo most often. Free shipping when you buy by the case
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.
It will be a while before I am in the market for .45. I need to get the 9mm inventory up quite a bit and then start looking for good .40.
