What type of AR do you plan on firing it out of?
If you are planning on shooting it out of a shorty then get the heavier ammo. It's almost pointless shooting 55 or even 62 grain out of a 10" or less AR. You need heavy ammo.

For 14.5 or longer then you'll be fine going with lower weight ammo.

I need to order some more M855. Since I saw it will defend class III armor, that is what I will load most of my mags with.

Thanks TT. I'm not much of a fan of the pistol length ARs, so both of mine are 16 or 18". I should get my new Ruger AR-556 soon and that's what I'll likely shoot most often. It's an 18". Hoping Grabagun gets off their butts and ships it soon. I mean, I ordered the darn thing last year...
