I just did a magazine inventory for the first time in a long time. It is much more critical than I expected.

What do you consider critical. I am terrible at buying mags.

Currently I have 1 handgun and 30 some magazines. My magazine count was in excess of 90 sometime last year. So, I has a sad.

Whoa! My 75, sr9 and 92fs each have 5 mags. All others have what they came with... I'm sure building up that quantity will take time, you got it.

Well, in my defense, I used to have 23 handguns that all took the same magazines more or less.

Yes, and that is a particularly cool one. I don't know enough about them to know if that is overpriced but I suspect it might be.

I also hear Apex is coming out with a Mark IV trigger kit.

Yes, and that is a particularly cool one. I don't know enough about them to know if that is overpriced but I suspect it might be.

I know enough to know that Monson built models are preferred and prices are all over the place. That one in particular may be the first 2.5” vented heavy barrel I’ve seen, the fact it’s a 715V (stainless) instead of a 15-2 (blued) is a bonus. Price isn’t far from a new 6” 715.

I need to get mine out to the range soon. It’s been too long.

The Apex Kit is out, reports have been that it cleans up the trigger a bunch but you don’t get as light as the VQ trigger.

Me too. I'm now only up to 8 CZ mags and 22 AR mags.....

Maybe I'll put in another order. I plan on keeping these guns until I die. So no sense getting caught with my pants down and wearing out mags in the future when I might not be able to buy more.

Stocking up on mags is always a good thing. It never hurts to add a few refurb kits for mags as well.

The VQ internals with the TandemKross Victory trigger is my favorite combo.
