That a good deal, but if you're going for a healthy stock of mags, do y'all suggest te 16 or spend a little extra for the higher caps?

The backbone of my collection has always been 16s. I have enough higher capacity for those HD guns that are, or were, lying about here and there. Any stash gun will have one mag, seated, and one mag extra. In many cases those extra mags are higher capacity but mostly they are 16s. The great thing about 16s is that they are the cheapest and you can buy a bunch of them.

I stockpile the 16 round mags. I always load my mags with 10 rounds for range trips, so the extra 2-3 round mags don’t help me. I have some higher capacity mags for carry or home defense.

I didn't see this before I posted. I could have saved some time and just said "what he said".

Excellent choice. This is the one Jenkins was selling, right? I was looking HARD at this, but I have another deal afoot with one of our own Czickos that I want more. Much more. That is an absolute beastly beauty, and pretty much screams "Unless you're selling Girl Scout Cookies, get the $#@%$#@ off my front porch!". But in a more elegant, not-so-Dirty-Harry sort of way.
