I was at Highsmith today and they have a nice 1895TSBL the short barrel all stainless version with big loop lever and Skinner sights, 1199.00, probably won't last long.

Yes....

I like "old" calibers for the their history/novelty/uniqueness but I can appreciate the practicality of a modern pistol caliber lever gun.

Not a clue. It looked "different" to me in a few regards but I really know next to nothing about them.

A Mosin Lever Gun - just kinda cool.

Plus it has a saddle ring. Anything that has a saddle ring is cool.
