I am still terrified.

I'll bring the Redhawk along. It's like the 500, but with training wheels. I might not even shoot that one myself though. My hand still hurts from the last time I shot it two weeks ago.

Well the Shadow 2 turned out to be a Shadow Target II.

Still nice but not what I expected. The Target II has essentially the same trigger as my current Shadow, which has around 8k through it, a new mainspring, CGW guts and hammer. Overall I'd say they are very similar.

I want to change the safeties on both guns to the thin safety. I'm starting to get a much higher grip and I have a tendency to bump the safety on during splits.

So my hunt continues for a good deal on a Shadow 2.

I know most on here are using the TFX Pro sights. I am looking into making my SP-01 more of a range/target gun. What an interesting day weather wise today. It started with cold, blowing snow. 3 inches here in Greenwood. The day ended clear blue, snow gone and I washed the wife's car for her. I don't think I've ever gone from shoveling snow from the front step to washing a car in a single day. You just have to love Indiana weather.
