I don't have a Shadow, but do own a couple of other CZs and I'd recommend being careful with these. This thread is in it's 10th iteration, each one before running around 5K posts for a reason. They are addictive. They really are. They get under your skin and pretty soon, they start accumulating. How big of an addiction is is? I'm a cheap bas(*(&^d and normally am opposed to spending money where money does not need to be spent. I'll delay putting a $25 timing belt on a car for a year, yet will not give as much as a second thought to dropping $600 on the exact same pistol I already own but with a steel frame instead of an aluminum one.

Tread lightly on these pages and consider yourself warned of the Czickness...

On the other hand, it does not really matter much which one you buy first. You'll end up with a bunch more eventually.

Don't know the answer to that. We mostly buy stock guns and fix them up to our liking in here.
