    I've been at the gym at 5am every workday for the past 6 weeks. I rotate cardio and weights. I was in good shape several years ago when I was trying to get into the PD. I refuse to give up this time.

    I have noticed that my ability to grip a handgun properly is getting much better. Also the ability to hold on a target for a length of time is increasing. This is giving me more and more confidence at the range.

    Yea 48 hours without a cig have to quit, have done it several times for 3-4 months just need to do it for good!psyko

    Good luck with quitting Barry. Don't sweat falling backwards a couple of times until you quit for good. Every cigarette skipped is a win in the long run.
