It has convention, steam bake, air dryer, dehydrator, auto temp probes, glide out racks, sabbath mode, something called Air Sous Vid mode and, of course, smudge proof stainless steel.
Has she considered a custom build?

I had a former boss that worked with the engineers at an appliance manufacturer to design a custom stove/oven. Took time off work to fly to the manufacturing facility while it was being built.

Woke up this morning and looked the DW over with a set of fresh eyes. Didn't like a section of the ballcut, it was angled forward instead of parallel with the dust cover face. I cleaned that up with a Milwaukee rotary tool and a cone shaped aluminum oxide stone.

Then I decided to clean up the French border as well. There were lines in that area from a dull/worn cutter. This took forever to clean up.

Put some Brownells Oxpho cold bluing on the areas as a rust preventive and now I wait to see AllenM in a few weeks.

The scratches all over are a trade secret and I won't be revealing my technique. :):

I did a range trip in the rain and am warming up with a bit of Nikka whiskey by the fire.

Today was mostly practice with revolvers but I get some more red dot practice in.

Rain ruined my plan of until hour range visit today. Took tomorrow off and hoping to go shoot. There is one of the new girsan 2011 for sale semi locally for 700 with an optic. Trying to decide if it’s worth sacrificing a cz for. Has anyone fondled one yet?
