I was also looking at the EGW parts yesterday as well. I am still very tempted.

I am also planning on when the new year comes and I have some free cash, getting the Jericho Cerekoted. AllenM said he wouldn't have time till next year, so time to get figured out what I want done to the Jericho.
Look at the Harrison Design parts, they are IMO even better finished than the EGW (probably made by EGW but get a nicer post machining finish).

    Good day all!

Still sleeping more than normal and not up to doing much but may venture into the workshop today.

I have a better idea. Plum Crazy Purple. Probably the only thing I actually like in that color, a Mopar.

I always wanted a Hemi ‘Cuda convertible when I was in high school. Something like this. The new ones are kind of meh for me.

I was a good boy and Santa came early with my present ...

    20231212_093652.jpg

After picking this up earlier this morning, I headed to the range. First four targets posted below (one per mag).

One and two are Isosceles stance; three and four are Weaver. The red dot needs some adjusting, and I need some serious trigger time to shrink these groups. Target is printed on 8-1/2" x 11" paper.

The ammo/springs also need to be sorted out. The ammo used today didn't always bring the pistol back into battery. I had to give the slide a tiny push from behind on about 1/4 of the shots.

If you don't like some PCP Mopar something is wrong with you.. I've always been partial to '71 Mopar.

Wish Stalantis would bring the new Barracuda to market.

    In the country, hopefully.
That might be the theme I go with on that gun. Some darker purple with black accents on the controls. Maybe a 10mm stripe design.
Are you going to get into Cerakoting? I think you should. But I also think maybe we’ve had this conversation before?
I can just see your creativity doing really well with cerakote.

What do YOU feel the need for? Our ideas might take you in the wrong direction for you.
Well, considering I just collect guns and rarely shoot them...I don't feel a need for anything. Lol. Want? A bigger collection for no other reason than I want to and guns are cool. Need? Nothing.

Definitely not getting in to reloading and precision rifle shooting though...that rabbit hole is too deep for me, @T-DOGG
