I have less than 35k on my 2018 CX-5. One of the side benefits of working from home.
If you haven't already, ask your insurance agent about low mileage reduced rate for your auto insurance. I updated my FJ with that once we were into the pandemic and I wasn't driving much. Don't recall it saving a lot but it was less I was giving to the insurance company which is a good thing.

Jeep has 126k in four years. I’m going for 250k

Wife has 150k in nine. Bought it as a demo - might have had 5k on it? She’s past due for a new car.
My 2017 had 230k when I traded it in in September. My 2023 has 15k since.

Wife’s car has 190k. I keep asking her if she wants a new one. Nope.

She still has an iPhone 8. I keep asking her if she wants a new one. Nope.

I asked her if she wanted to buy me a Staccato for Christmas. Nope.

    Morning folks.

My 2003 Yukon XL has 215,000 on it. No signs of stopping anytime soon. Tax time will get me a transmission rebuild so we can keep on trucking!

Wife’s 2007 Pontiac Vibe has something like 220k or so on it. Idk, it’s a Toyota, don’t check. Lol. She just got new tires. Didn’t solve the noise, but they needed replaced anyway. And I just bought some new wheel bearings and brakes for it.

It seems clear that your wife is not particular when it comes to what she has....

Yeah, my wife got the last one when my daughter totaled the corolla she was driving in 2018 and got handed down the Pilot.

I'm driving my 2007 FJ (145k or so on it) and plan to keep doing so, as that's not a vehicle I'm going to hand down to my daughter. I'd love to check out a Lexus GX but I don't think I could pucker up enough and don't drive enough to warrant the crazy cost, and still love my FJ. I could easily drive any of the relatively lower/mid cost vehicles we looked at today for my daughter and be happy with almost any of them myself, but my FJ has tons of life left in it.

I like those FJ's, I used to think they were kind of weird looking but then they became cool to me for some reason, those are one vehicle that holds their value pretty well.
