Have not shot the 82 since doing a complete tear down and spring refresh and picking up a new to me used magazine. So before I tear it down again and start on my refinishing adventure I thought I would hit the range and make sure it and the magazines run ok. All off hand shooting.

Targets 1 & 2 were 12 shots at 7 yds slow fire (I was trying really hard to do one hole on #2–pistol is up to it but not me so much), #3 was 2 shots at 10 yds and #4 & 5 were 6 shots each at 7 yds slow fire. Yup, this old pistol in 9x18 functions just fine and is way more accurate than me.

Four years before I joined INGO, I went to a rodeo in Laramie, Wyoming (so I don't think that you've seen any of these photos).
Maybe it'll bring some smiles on a dreary day.

The last photo won recognition from an international photography forum. The little girl won the "Junior sheep-riding contest".

Most of these pics make my back hurt. That last pic is great, and looks like the kid in front of the sheep is about to throw a right hook (when I'm sure he's just trying to get the heck out of Dodge)

The clarity and focus in those pictures is amazing!
Not to mention the content, especially that last one. That little girl is having a blast.

Thanks, guys ! The little fellow who is rooting her on is her little brother. He was too young to participate (ride) that year, but he's probably a junior bull rider by now !

If there was a time in my life that I thought I could do that kinda riding, I have come to realize I was wrong. Very wrong.

One of our kids rode Hunter/Jumper for about a decade. I am not a horse expert but learned enough to know that amazing talent levels exist in that world. Granted those pics are Western events but still...

Daughter did some barrels but preferred hunter/jumper. Crazy people. Crazy.

For those that don't know, Wyoming is my birthplace. We moved when I was two years old because my grandmother got sick back home in Indiana. Going back to visit has been on my list for a few years now. Sometimes my Mom and I talk about how much life would be different if we would have stayed. My parents loved it out there, said it was a slower pace of life and people were friendlier.
