    Good Morning :coffee:

I have to head back down to Greencastle today for work. The CZ Phantom I saw a couple weeks ago was near there. I think I’ll stop and take another look at it now that I know a little more about them, if they still have it. Do standard 75 mags work in the Phantom?

I love a good top shelf margarita.
But tequila makes my clothes fall off

First one was 2 generous shots of Patron Silver (more like 2.25), with a shot of orange curacao, just under a shot of fresh squeezed lime juice and a drizzle of agave syrup. Well shaken with ice and dumped into a glass with sea salt sprinkled on top. The second used Patron Anejo instead of Silver and Grand Marnier instead of orange curacao, similar amounts. That was around 7.5 shots of alcohol on an empty stomach which was, unwise... ;)

    Good morning y’all,
So this is what we drink in Mexico much much better than anything you find state side. I drink these like i do a good scotch or bourbon.

Both of these are from within an hour of my home town.

I haven’t had a drop of alcohol since new years, but maybe the next get together I’ll bring a bottle for the after party. Lol

I've been pretty good at managing my diet for a couple of months now. There were cheat days around the holidays and again on my birthday, but for the most part, I'm still avoiding things that my body doesn't work well with and eating things that it does. Weight has slowly been coming down and I'm back down to the 164.5 that I was when we finished the weight loss challenge. My goal is 155 this time around, so there's a ways to go yet.

I was 155 in middle school.

Doctor finally scared me into dieting. Down ten pounds. I'd like to get back to my running weight of 190 or at least under 200. loooong way to go. I've never been skinny....was 185 at age 18...must be heavy bones...

At 19 years old, I went into USAF basic training at 171lbs. Came out at 147lbs. When I was in the service, my height put me in the overweight program if it got above 164. I was a pretty consistent 163 back then. The lowest I've been as an adult is 158. That was in 2001.

I graduated HS and entered college swimming at 178# ripped. I've been as big as 230 but currently hover around 200. Still wear jeans one size bigger in the waist than I did at 20, I'm 49 now.

I have swam many laps from the edge of the pool to the pool bar.

    I wore a 32 in high school. I can’t imagine ever being a 34 again.

Good for you though. You’ll appreciate the weight you’ve kept off as you march through your 50s.

Yesterday was a cheat day. I've been trying, pretty successfully on cutting back on my alcohol intake. Last night I drank to much, ate WAY too much pizza and ate a dessert. Today, back to the straight and narrow.
Havent drank much in the past 8 years, but making a concerted effort to remain dry is hard as hell.

I've always been skinny. Wore size 28 senior year of HS and was size 30 after a couple years in the Army. Wore size 32 for a decade or more. Got up to 36 at my high point, but I'm back down to 34.
