Appearing on Don Lemon's CNN Tonight over the weekend, panelists Wajahat Ali and Rick Wilson imitated what they believe a typical Trump supporter might sound or think like.

"Donald Trump's the smart one — and y'all elitists are dumb!" said Wilson, an ex-GOP strategist and one of Trump's loudest critics on the Right.

Lemon broke out in laughter as Ali, a columnist at the New York Times, joined in.

"You elitists with your geography and your maps — and your spelling!' Ali joked.

'Your math and your reading! All those lines on the map!'" Wilson continued.

Wilson also referred to Trump supporters as "the credulous boomer rube demo."

Especially disconcerting because the only complaint about an otherwise well received book is that the author isn't sufficiently Mexican enough to have been allowed/tolerated to write it. Since Salma's father is Lebanese and her mother is Mexican of Spanish descent, and Salma has described herself as "... fifty percent Lebanese and fifty percent Spanish" one wonders if she is even Mexican enough to be allowed to have an opinion (by today's standards)

Looks like Trump seriously under-booked for this New Jersey rally tonight. The arena holds about 7,500 but there have been about 100,000 ticket requests and the line to get in started two days ago.
