It occurs to me that this is a vestige of the Cold War. Soviet satellite states used variations of "democratic republic" so it created a negative connotation.

Again, terms can evolve over time, but there's a value to using classic/traditional definitions and explaining how the "new" variations are outliers or misnomers.

I've been thinking about this since the Epstein list came out. It could explain many of Robert's decisions. Like saving the Obaminationcare by legislating from the bench.

A recount monitor in Georgia discovered a 9,626-voteerror in the hand recount in DeKalb County, according to the chairman of the Georgia Republican Party.


“One of our monitors discovered a 9,626-vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump—an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump,” David Shafer wrote on Twitter on Nov. 18.


“Had this counting error not been discovered, Biden would have gained enough votes from this one batch alone to cancel out Trump’s gains from Fayette, Floyd, and Walton,” Shafer added, referring to the three Peach State counties that discovered memory cards with uncounted votes on Nov. 16 and 17. The discovered votes favored President Donald Trump and cut former Vice President Joe Biden’s lead in the state by more than 1,400 votes.


Shafer said that two official counters signed off on the miscounted batch. Republican attorneys turned over an affidavit (pdf) on the incident to the Georgia secretary of state and requested an investigation.


“We were limited to one monitor for every 10 counting tables and we were kept some distance from the tables. There is no telling what we missed under these unreasonable restrictions,” Shafer said.


Georgia’s deadline to complete the recount is 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 18. The state is scheduled to vote on whether to certify the results of the 2020 election on Nov. 20.

Based on the last line this was caught before the count was certified so the system worked, unless there is some missing info

However, 10,707 contains 707 which when divided by 1000 gives .707 which is the RMS value of a sine wave and is applicable to AC voltages. the Sqrt(81) is 9 which gives us the first number in the difference in the error. 9. Now we know that the cube root of 81 is 3 and 3x2 is 6 so that gives us the 96X6 value.
Now the RMS value of .707 when subtracted from 1 is .293 which contains all the numbers we need to know to solve the mystery for the only number not used is 2 so 9626.

This is dependent on the Solarwinds software detecting an AC voltage on the upside of the converter. If the Dominion machine is hooked to a DC only source like what would be used in a lab, then the vote tally is automatically wiped to cover any criminal acts.
