That doesn't really explain the circumstance. If you were looking to help someone else that you believed might be in imminent danger from another, were startled, and shot a person in a panic, then you probably would be walking around freely. Here's my question to you. Do you think this officer shot this woman with malice, having the intent to kill an innocent person?
So you’re saying no one goes to jail for shooting someone if malice and intent to kill isn’t involved?

Anybody can be investigated for anything, especially a rabidly anti-leftist like Clark.

However, the investigation was closed with no action. Apparently the FBI believes that Clark did not abuse his power by targeting a private citizen after doing an actual investigation.

Maybe I should ask this plainly:
    1. Can a private citizen verbally chastise another person
    2. Should that person, if a sheriff, call several members of his department to detain and escort out of an area, the private citizen spoken of in #1
    3. Would you consider the above action, if true, a serious abuse of power by the sheriff, and a potentially a violation of the 4th Amendment.
    4. If you think the above scenarios are acceptable, what are your thoughts on fascism?
    5. Do you hold the opinion that if the FBI finds a chargeable event, they will always file charges?

since you brought it up then perhaps you should enlighten me......why should i waste my time when i had no interest in it in the first place???

If you're not interested in informing yourself, that's on you. Others here are well aware of the Black Panther polling incident in Philly. Perhaps they can "enlighten" you.

I don’t have a clue what that officer was thinking. And that wasn’t my point. I still believe that if I, as a citizen, and not a trained officer, had shot someone dead because they slapped the side of my truck, I would at the very least be investigated.

You're clear there was an investigation, into the Justine Damond shooting, right?

A private entity restrict access to their platform or a Sheriff calling deputies to detain and harass a private citizen who had committed no crime... which one best fits the the idea of intimidation?

I remember seeing the photos of that incident quite well. Much speculation as to why nothing ever came of it but that was a different administration than what we have today.

Against the advice of your lawyer? You seem to be ignoring the privileges of the 5th Amendment.

M’kay. So my hypothetical experiment is to drive somewhere, hope someone smacks my truck bed with their hand (preferably in a robe), shoot them, say nothing (it’s my right), and be on my merry way. I just have a hard time believing that nothing will become of this for me. That’s all I’m saying, nothing more. Getting tired of the word salad.
