one of my favorite movies is run on TCM..."A Holiday Affair" with Robert Mitchem and a realy hot Janet Leigh....a real oldie but a goodie, especially if you ever wanted an electric train as a kid.
Favorite song is the Hallaleuah Chorus from The Messiah.....and "Have a Holly Jolly Christmas " by Burl Ives....
"Say Hello to friends you know and have a cup of cheer"
Ok, for reals...
Movie(s): Miracle on 34th Street or The Santa Clause
Song(s): Little Drummer Boy - Bing Crosby and David Bowie or The Christmas Song by Nat King Cole (always get some dust in my eye on that one)
"Christmas Vacation" has to get a nod. My families tradition is to sit around after Thanksgiving dinner and watch it to mark the beginning of the Christmas season. But my personal favorite is "A Christmas Story".
It's a Wonderful life, and any of the sickly sweet movies on Hallmark channel........yeah I know I'm sappy. Any Christmas song by Bing Crosby, or Mannheim Steamroller!!!
