She does look good, but technically cross dominant or not, she is closing the wrong eye. Your shooting eye should line up with whichever hand you have the gun in.

I am cross dominant. I do the scotch tape on the dominant eye to force my other eye to line up with the gun. And I also need some magnification for handguns.
